Wayne Snyder, Owner and founder of CSS Group Fitness holds indoor cycling certifications from AFAA, Keiser and Schwinn and is also certified in Bootcamp and Yoga. Fitness has been both a lifestyle and a hobby for Wayne, competing in 3 half-marathons, a tri-athalon, 3 Tough Mudders and 1 Spartan Race.
